Fall 2017 New International Student Orientation will take place Tuesday, August 8 from 8:30am to 7:30pm and Wednesday, August 9 from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mandatory International Student Orientation will take place on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 and Wednesday, August 9, 2017. All incoming international students are required to attend both dates. Orientation starts at 8:00 am both days, with transportation  from the Evansdale Campus starting at 6:30 am.

Dear Students,
We're eager for your arrival at West Virginia University, and excited for the start of a new semester! The Office of Global Affairs and International Students & Scholars Services is here to make the process and seamless and easy as possible for you. Our main job is to advocate for international students, and to help you navigate the sometimes complicated aspects of attending university overseas. 

Our team of experienced professionals can help answer immigration questions, provide necessary documents and support letters, maintain your SEVIS status, and provide programming and support to help guarantee your success at WVU. Arrival

WVU Global Affairs has arranged for shuttle transportation to Morgantown from the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Morgantown Municipal Airport (MGW). The shuttle buses will make two stops in Morgantown -- on the Downtown and Evansdale campuses.

Sunday, August 6, 2017 & Monday, August 7, 2017
        Pittsburgh: Meet at the main entrance of Hyatt Regency Hotel

        Morgantown: Meet at airport baggage claim
          ◘ 10:00 am
          ◘  2:00 pm
          ◘  7:30 pm

If you're unable to make the pre-scheduled shuttle times due to arrival date, there are other options for transportation to Morgantown. 

GREY LINE 
The Grey Line public bus runs between Pittsburgh International Airport and Morgantown, daily.
           NOTE: All Pittsburgh Airport pick-ups will depart from Ground Transit Door 8
          ◘ Pittsburgh to Morgantown - 10:00 am, daily
          ◘ Pittsburgh to Morgantown - 9:10 pm, daily
